Terms & Conditions


Smiles By WrapStar's jewelry are hand crafted, therefore, there may be slight variations in designs. Some variations are intentional for assured uniqueness while others are simple due to the hand crafted nature of the product.

All custom items are final sale.  Pictures are provided throughout the creative process and prior to shipment. These are your many opportunities to  provide feedback during production.


Shipping Policy


Ships Monday - Friday excluding major US holidays, a tracking number is provided for every order. The postal carriers are solely responsible for package delivery. Please purchase shipping insurance to ensure you are covered something happen. Insurance is not included in USPS first class mail but can be purchased separately when your order is placed.   We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages nor the performance of the carrier and cannot offer complimentary replacements should the postal service fail to deliver.  



Don’t love your new artwork? If the original artwork doesn't satisfy you entirely, you have 7 business days from receipt of the artwork to return it in its original package. Unfortunately, after 7 days of I am unable to offer refunds or exchanges. 

For returns, please email info@smilesxw.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.

If your piece was a custom/commission, there are no refunds or exchanges. All sales of commissions are final. You are given many opportunities to make changes during the development of the piece.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as receipt;  brand new, unsoiled. It must also be in the original packaging.    Buyer pays return shipping cost.

Proof of purchase is required.

I am not able to offer refunds in the following cases:

  • An item is a custom/commissioned piece.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.




When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund. If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method.
